The West Orange Healthcare District hired McCree to complete their new headquarters along with renovations for all the mutli-tenant spaces in the building. The building houses their professional offices, community resource center, gathering spaces, and a large community ballroom to host events along with an outdoor space on the second floor. The first floor includes the community resource center and multiple tenant spaces for medical entities to lease. On the second floor of the building is a large multi-purpose community room and outdoor terrace. The inside offices incorporate contemporary finishes with movable walls and interactive MEP controls and technology.

he site incorporates green attributes with an outdoor workout space, oversized sidewalks, vehicle charging stations, and an abundance of landscaping to blend into the existing community. The project utilized tilt-wall structure and DIRT wall systems. The facility incorporates eco-friendly materials and features outdoor fitness equipment for the community to enjoy as well as vehicle charging stations. The project was completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality.

The project was a great success and the building will serve the health needs for the community accomplishing the mission of Health West Orange.
