Waterford Elementary School was a comprehensive project which required significant demolition, new construction, and renovations to the existing campus. Waterford required the demolition of portables and other structures as well as the remodeling and renovation of existing classrooms. Our firm was also responsible for the building of new administration offices, kitchen and dining areas, art and music rooms, and the media center building. The PE facilities, play fields, parking, parent loops, and bus loops were also remodeled and replaced. McCree has completed successful projects for Orange County Public Schools since 1959. Waterford Elementary school serves one of the busiest areas of Central Florida. McCree’s success on Waterford Elementary School led to the hiring by the Waterford Lakes HOA to design and build a new Community Center which one an ABC Eagle award in 2016.
