Soundproof phone booths will offer quiet zones for focused discussions, while a kitchen and break area will encourage informal collaboration. To support UCF’s evolving technology needs, exposed IT cabling ensures a sleek, modern aesthetic with easy server modifications. Designed for flexibility, connectivity, and innovation, this renovation reflects UCF’s commitment to fostering the next generation of thinkers and leaders. The project was completed on time and on budget to the delight of UCF and its stake holders.
