Triangle Reprographics – New Construction
850 South Hughey Ave, Orlando, FL 32801
Project Description
When Triangle Reprographics learned they would have to move from their original location, they hired McCree to transform a 1920s Coca Cola bottle plant to become into their new headquarters. With a relationship spanning several decades, Triangle was confident that McCree was fit for the job. The project encompassed over 37,000 square feet of space for offices, a showroom, a digital reproduction area, and warehouse storage. Exterior construction features included alucobond panels on the front portion of the facade and a 24-foot tower visible from I-4. The interior houses a concrete mezzanine structure which is used to store Triangle’s large inventory of paper. McCree was excited for the chance to give Triangle Reprographics exactly what they wanted.
This project was completed on time, within budget, and above Triangle’s quality expectations.
