McCree was selected by the City of Orlando to provide a state-of-the-art LEED Gold Gymnasium addition as well as renovate the existing community center. The 15,300 sqft project includes the addition and renovation of the gymnasium, women’s and men’s locker rooms,  equipment storage and ample egress for access from existing community center and new entry/exit points. The new facility includes a NBA regulation court with 2 cross courts and seating for 500+ spectators. We were even lucky enough to have Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and District 3 Commissioner: Robert F. Stuart present to help pain the walls during their site visit.

The Rosemont Gymnasium won the U.S.G.B.C.’s 2021 Innovative Project of the Year, was completed on time, within budget, and with superior quality.
