Pineloch Management Corporation came to McCree to talk about a new retail center they were trying to build. The location was tight but optimal for traffic flow in Orlando and it was suggested that we use our patented wall panel system to save time and money on the construction of the site. This two-story center consists of four retail units, three office suites, and a restaurant pad. It is constructed with masonry, structural steel, metal bar joists, and flexible storefront. It showcases a sleek modern look with faux brick accents and trendy matching awnings. No matter what Pineloch’s needs were, McCree always devised a construction plan to surpass them.
