Physician Associates hired McCree for the design and construction of Oviedo Crossings. McCree worked with Physician Associates to develop a master site plan to include a 20,000-square-foot multiple-tenant medical office building. The design includes a Mediterranean-style façade with a round turret for the main front lobby to provide a unique exterior feature. Each of the multiple tenants required unique needs associated with their practices. McCree worked in tandem with each end user to provide the most efficient and aesthetically pleasing environment to enhance the workflow for the staff and physicians. The structure of the facility is concrete block with steel joists. Within the facility exists numerous exam rooms, patient waiting areas, procedure rooms, and miscellaneous nursing stations and office spaces. The different tenants include OB/GYN, women’s health, family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, and podiatry. Oviedo Crossings began a long-term relationship with Physician Associates. Since the completion of Oviedo Crossings, McCree has completed more than 25 projects for Physician Associates of Florida.
