The Town of Oakland contracted our firm to design and build their new town center. This project consisted of a renovated public square which surrounded the new town hall, a meeting hall for community gatherings, and a new administration building. The 2,263-square-foot meeting hall was built of wood and is consistent with the traditional Florida Cracker style of architecture. In addition, all drainage, paving, parking, lighting, and landscaping was reworked to support this comprehensive expansion.

The project was completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
