In the heart of Orlando, McCree design-built a 18,000-square-foot building for Darden Restaurants in Orlando. This one-story facility, a test kitchen for Darden, serves as a multifunctional hub encompassing executive administrative space, consumer testing, dining facilities, and food storage. The facility houses state-of-the-art appliances, food service prep areas, and simulated dining rooms, enabling efficient menu experimentation for the restaurant chain. The project’s remarkable feat lies in its quick completion within nine months.
