McCree was hired as General Contractor for the new Clermont City Hall building. This three-story masonry, pre-cast concrete, and stucco structure was designed to reflect the charm of historic downtown Clermont. It is home to the city’s municipal offices and houses the City Council Chambers. The building was built with steel frame, concrete decks, metal studs, and masonry. The architectural accents and cornice pieces were built using glass fiber-reinforced concrete.

McCree completed the City Hall for the city of Clermont on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality.
