The Central States Enterprises project was a major office renovation of the former Heathrow Sales Center into the client’s new corporate headquarters. Major renovations to the 10,860-square-foot, two-story building were required to compensate for the 30 years of deferred maintenance and water intrusion. The existing front and back exterior wooden trusses were removed and replaced with a matching custom fabricated aluminum system. Due to rust, all rear steel columns were replaced as well as all exterior windows and doors. The slate roof also required extensive repair in addition to the internal gutter system. For the interior, customized maple wood wall panels, trim, and doors were created along with a custom cherry-stained maple staircase, giving the design a more traditional style for an aesthetically pleasing environment with lifelong durability.

The project was completed on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality.
