McCree completed a series of Specialized Projects for McCraney Property Company on over 150,000-square-feet of warehouse and distribution space in John Young Business Park to become the new locations of FedEx Ground Packaging and Kid’s Furniture. Due to the project’s accelerated schedule, McCree performed complete build-outs on the two existing shell buildings in less than one month.

The project was completed on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality.
