Colonial Bank hired McCree to design and build their major addition to the downtown Orlando Colonial Bank. The work included a two-story masonry and steel addition to an existing historical two-story wood frame structure. Banking services were increased with additional customer service desks, lobby, teller row, a poured-in-place concrete vault, and safety deposit boxes. The addition was designed to blend with the existing building and to preserve its historical presence. The project site was also completely reconfigured to include five drive-in teller lanes. This project involved close cooperation with the owner to ensure that banking and customer services continued uninterrupted.

This project was completed on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality.
