We have a deep-rooted relationship with Pineloch Management, having completed many projects with them over the years, so we were thrilled when they hired us yet again to complete their new Market at Southside Project. This project involved a complete renovation of the shopping center’s facade as well as site upgrades and other improvements. The work was challenging. Multiple tenants with different business hours and heavy pedestrian traffic required detailed scheduling, logistics, and communication to ensure customers and tenants were never negatively affected by the construction process.

McCree completed this project successfully, giving Pineloch Management and the shopping center’s many tenants a high-quality facility which exceeded expectations and significantly improved the overall curb appeal.
