McCree was hired to design and build Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church a new multi-purpose building and renovate an existing building on their campus. This almost 20,000-square-foot new building and renovation was designed and constructed in nine months to meet the criteria and bring added value to the church. When the final estimate exceeded the church’s budget, McCree quickly stepped in and came up with several value engineering options that not only preserved the quality of the buildings, or the Church’s needs, but brought the final estimate to a cost within the church’s budget. While working on an occupied campus, McCree worked diligently to create a safe and clean site so that the church was able to maintain its daily operations with minimal disruptions.

This project was completed on time, within budget, and above Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox’s expectation for quality.
