ORLANDO, Fla.
(January 26, 2009) – McCree General Contractors & Architects, Orlando’s
premier design/build firm, recently completed design and construction of an $2.3
million renovation project on Del Frisco’s restaurant located just west of I-4
on Lee Road in Winter Park, Fla.
“Del Frisco’s has been a fixture of Orlando’s restaurant scene
since 1993, and we are extremely pleased to be part of their transformation,”
said Richard McCree, Jr., President & CEO of McCree. “Because we have been part of the Del
Frisco’s family since they opened their doors, we were able to develop a design
that truly captured the appeal and disposition of the restaurant. This cooperative spirit is the essence of
Design/Build.”
The renovated space features a pristine lobby and
foyer which now connects what was previously two separate buildings. The project also included major upgrades to
life safety components and an exterior face lift which incorporates classic
elements like Bahama shutters to compliment the existing charm and elegance Del
Frisco’s is known for.
“McCree is simply the most professional and
talented firm there is to do this kind of renovation and they are always a joy
to work with,” said David Christner, Owner of Del Frisco’s.”
Currently in its 82nd
